No support is provided by email, private staff DMs, or unofficial servers.

You can still use in-site Report actions to preserve listing or user context. If you need staff assistance or follow-up, open a ticket on the official Discord.
Security reports
Open a private Discord ticket. Do not disclose vulnerabilities, credentials or other sensitive information in public channels, and rotate any credential you believe was exposed.
