Terms of use

The Hoard provides marketplace tooling that helps artists and clients discover work, communicate and track orders. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, payments are completed through external providers selected by the artist.

Users and content

You are responsible for content you upload and for having the right to publish it. Fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam and unlawful content may be removed and accounts may be restricted.

Transactions

Artists must describe their offering and payment methods accurately. Clients must not falsely claim payment. Provider-confirmed and artist-confirmed payments are labeled differently.

Beta service

Features may change while the service is in beta. Important transactional actions are recorded where practical, but users should keep their own copies of essential commissioned artwork and payment records.
