Dark'Storm

Maine Coon Cat · SFW

DarkStorm is a large, heavily furred tomcat with a powerful, broad build. His fur is predominantly deep charcoal-black, with subtle variations of dark gray throughout his body that give his coat a textured, smoky appearance. His head is broad and angular, framed by an enormous, thick mane of black fur around his neck and shoulders. He has large, pointed ears, with dark outer fur and noticeably lighter gray interiors. His face is mostly dark, but his muzzle and cheeks are pale gray/white, creating a strong contrast against the rest of his head. Several thin pinkish-red scars or markings run down his cheeks and around his eyes, giving his face a battle-worn appearance. His eyes are probably his most immediately noticeable feature: bright, piercing golden-yellow, with narrow feline pupils. They give him an intense, almost predatory stare. His expression is generally stern and unimpressed, although the reference also shows him smiling and looking more relaxed. His nose is a dark pinkish-gray, and he has prominent feline fangs that become visible when he opens his mouth. 🐾 Body & Fur DarkStorm's body is large and muscular, although his enormous amount of fur makes him appear even bigger. His legs are thick and powerful, ending in large, rounded paws with dark claws. His torso, legs, and haunches have subtle swirling patterns of dark gray fur. These markings are quite understated—they're only a little lighter than his black coat, so they almost look like shadows moving across his body. He also has a distinctive pale scar running along his left side, standing out against the otherwise dark coat. 🦊 Tail His tail is massive and extremely fluffy, almost fox-like in volume. It's predominantly black, with a slightly lighter smoky-gray texture visible in the fur. The tail is large enough that it gives his silhouette a particularly imposing appearance. 🎨 Overall Color Palette His design is overwhelmingly dark: Black / charcoal: Main fur Dark gray: Body markings and subtle fur variation Pale gray/white: Muzzle and facial fur Golden yellow: Eyes Pinkish-red: Scars, nose, and some facial markings Dark claws/nose: Completing the otherwise shadowy appearance Overall, I'd describe DarkStorm as looking like a massive shadowy forest predator with glowing golden eyes—quiet, intimidating, and extremely fluffy, but with enough scars and sharp facial features to make it clear that he's not a cat you'd casually mess with.
